2 pieces chicken breast fillet
3 tbsp chilli sauce extra spicy
4 TSP chili powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp plain flour
1 egg white, beaten until frothy
75 gr of coarse breadcrumbs (panko)
1 tbsp margarine
Oil for frying
How To Make:
IRIS widens each chicken breast into two pieces. At-at to a bit wide.
Stir the chilli sauce, 2 tsp of chili powder and Worcestershire sauce. Apply on the chicken until blended. Let stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Sift the remaining flour, along with chili powder. Enter the chicken meat, press-press until tersalut flour. Dip into beaten egg whites. Roll them up into the breadcrumbs. Press-press return until blended.
Save the chickens in an airtight container. Put in refrigerator for 3 hours. FRY in plenty of oil over medium heat until browned yellow. Lift.
