Ingredients:

5 ounces chicken breast Skinless and boneless, cut into pieces

1 tbsp potato flakes (optional)

¾ cup corn flakes which are mixed from 2 ½ cup cereal
½ TSP garlic powder mixed with ½ tsp salt

How To Make:

Puree the first corn flakes into the food processor until it becomes smooth. After a smooth and flat, put in a bowl and mix with the flour (corn flakes mixed with cereals) and parmesan cheese.
