Subtle seasoning

grains of red onion

How to make a

Heat the oil. Saute seasoning smooth until aromatic. Insert the tongue. Mix well.

Enter petis, Bango sweet soy sauce, tomatoes and a big red chili, stir well. Add salt, sugar, and pepper, mix well.

Pour the water gradually. Cook until done and pervasive.

Serve together with sprinkling of fried shallots.
